Supervisor Respiratory Therapy
The posted compensation range of $27.77 - $40.27 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Job Summary and Responsibilities
- Oversees smooth flow of operations, acts as a resource to staff for operational needs, and handles day-to-day patient satisfaction concerns
- Ensure your direct reports and department are positioned to deliver the best care possible to our patients
- Recruits, hires, trains, disciplines and supervises staff, including performance evaluations, and competency assessments
- Assist with budget development, management and issues cost effective operations
- Monitor productivity and efficiency of your department
- Mentor people on your team. Share your knowledge and confidence the patient care team
Job Requirements
- Active RRT or CRT license in good standing with the State of North Dakota
- Registration or certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- Two (2) years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
