Responsibilities

Performs a variety of routine mammography related procedures by operating x-ray equipment on designated areas.  Is held accountable for policies and procedures of the department and organization.  This position supports the mission, vision, and philosophy of CommonSpirit Health.

On Call responsibilities


Qualifications

Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)

Licensed by the North Dakota Society of Radiologic Technologists (RT)

Certification for Mammography (M)

Certification for American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)

Graduate of an accredited college or technical school for Radiologic Technology

Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist

Strong oral communications skills

Ability to deal with conflict and difficult people

Strong critical thinking skills

Knowledge of all regulatory agencies and their standards and processes

Ability to manage multiple priorities

PREFERRED: Mammo Technologist experience in a Critical Access Hospital
