Responsibilities

Responsible for providing assistance in the Foundation Department in an organized, efficient, and professional manner.  Is held accountable for policies and procedures of the department and organization.  This position supports the mission, vision, and philosophy of CommonSpirit Health.

  • Assists with scheduling, organizing, planning, and coordinating special events and activities to enhance the image of the Hospital and promote fundraising/philanthropy
  • Helps identify potential contributors and supporters
  • Keeps database of donors and past giving records; records expenses incurred and contributions received
  • Helps to organize direct mail to reach existing and potential donors
  • Assists Director in promoting and tracking annual giving program
  • Receives and Receipts pledges and funds from contributors

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED, Required upon hire.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience with Fundraising, Event Planning, and/or Customer Service, Required upon hire. 

Licensure and Certifications

  • Driver's License: North Dakota (AUTO:ND), Required upon hire.
