The posted compensation range of $58.83 - $85.36 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job description:
- Provides a quality level of comprehensive clinical pharmaceutical services demonstrating sound judgment based upon knowledge and application of professional, departmental, and organizational principles and standards.
- Demonstrates an ability to coordinate subordinate activities by providing direction and guidance concerning the operational activities of the department.
- Has obtained Board Certification in a recognized field of pharmacy practice.
Job Requirements

Required:
- Bachelor's degree or PharmD degree.
- 1 year of Pharmacise experience
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Active State Pharmacist License in good standing in the state in which the employee works
- Board Certification in a Pharmacy Specialty, based on the specialty title under which the employee works:
- BCACP for Ambulatory Care Pharmacy
- BCCP for Cardiology Pharmacy
- BCSCP for Compounded Sterile Preparations Pharmacy
- BCCCP for Critical Care Pharmacy
- BCEMP for Emergency Medicine Pharmacy
- BCGP for Geriatric Pharmacy
- BCIDP for Infectious Diseases Pharmacy
- BCNP for Nuclear Pharmacy
- BCNSP for Nutrition Support Pharmacy
- BCOP for Oncology Pharmacy
- BCPPS for Pediatric Pharmacy
- BCPP for Psychiatric Pharmacy
- BCPS for Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist
- BCTXP for Solid Organ Transplantation Pharmacy
Preferred Qualifications:
- ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
