The posted compensation range of $18.42 - $28.04 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary
Coordinates all processes, support, communication and documentation involved in placing patients in
facility in appropriate care setting. Patient Placement Coordinators also required to recognize and uphold
all regulatory requirements, while simultaneously updating key stakeholders of timelines. Follows patient
placement criteria to place patients in appropriate care setting. Accurately enters all required data into
EPIC documentation system.
Job Requirements

Education Requirements
HS Diploma or GED
Minimum Experience Requirements
One to two years of direct clinical experience, or one to two years of full time direct administrative
healthcare experience (such as Nursing Unit Secretary or Patient Access Representative).
Working knowledge of medical terminology, excellent computer skills, customer service, ability to multi-
task efficiently and effectively.
