The posted compensation range of $22.74 - $34.42 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Responsible for a continuum of treatment by providing care to patients with neuromuscular, orthopedic
and other physically-related disorders requiring strengthening, modalities, manual therapy,
neuromuscular re-education and training in activities in daily living under the supervision of a licensed
occupational therapist. Utilizes rehab process to promote and restore optimal health and well-being of the
patient. Participates in professional responsibilities, including documentation, program development,
teaching, and enhancement of clinical skills.
Job Requirements
In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- Associates Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program, Required
- BLS through the American Heart Association, Required
- Occupational Therapy Assistant licenseure in UT, Required
- Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient or inpatient rehab unit preferred.
- Ability to perform basic treatments of orthopedic, neurological, medical, and psychiatric patients.
- Basic splinting knowledge, preferred
- Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR), preferred
Shift- Monday- Thursday, 9am-6:30pm
