The posted compensation range of $30.70 - $44.55 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Responsible for assessing medical inpatient’s psycho-social history, assisting the clinical team in developing a treatment plan, participates in discharge planning process and coordinates follow-up care for patients. Acts as a liaison for family, friends, and therapists and outside agencies. Provides family therapy and education. Provide oversight to coordination of care with social workers and case managers. Responsible for training and mentoring hospital staff. Assists leadership in identifying, developing and implementing process improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Counseling (Required)
Two years of psychiatric or mental health experience required.
Previous leadership experience preferred.
Demonstrates clinical and ethical professionalism, conflict resolution and critical thinking skills.
LCSW, LPC, LMFT License
BLS
Sedentary work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs. force occasionally

With 26 beds dedicated to our patient’s well-being, we offer a nurturing environment where every individual is treated with utmost care and dignity. Within our unit, we have 4 specialized high acuity beds, ensuring that those in need of intensive care receive the focused attention and comprehensive treatment they require. Additionally, our main unit consists of 22 beds, allowing us to cater to a diverse range of behavioral health needs.

Our team is comprised of experienced mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses and therapists, who collaboratively ensure comprehensive care.
