The posted compensation range of $22.51 - $31.79 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Administrative Professional, you will be an integral contributor to our operational success, providing comprehensive support to leadership and ensuring an environment of efficiency and high-quality service.
Every day, you will facilitate the streamlined operation of the office, managing diverse administrative functions and cultivating effective internal and external communication networks.

- Works collaboratively with Physician Advisors and Utilization Management staff to support the concurrent review and denials management processes. Provides updates on the status of cases assigned to Physician Advisors. Coordinates the scheduling of Peer-to-Peer appointments with Physician Advisor and payer. Updates and maintains department clinical database with performance/outcomes data.
- Performs moderately complex administrative, organizational, and project management duties, requiring considerable judgment, independent analysis, and detailed knowledge of departmental and organizational procedures. May independently answer inquiries and correspondence.
- Prepares or assists with preparation of standard and complex reports and projects, contracts, and forms. Accumulates, compiles, consolidates, balances, analyzes, researches and edits data. Checks document contents for accuracy. May prepare and distribute reports, indexes, graphs or other material.
- Organizes office operations to increase efficiency and simplify reporting procedures, creating new systems or revising established procedures. Applies department policies and procedures to resolve problems. Recommends solutions for administrative problems.
- Maintains calendars, scheduling, and arranges all necessary meetings and changes.
Required
- Associates Other in healthcare administration or business administration field and Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum three (3) years of related experience in the healthcare setting
Preferred
- Previous experience in a case or utilization management setting
