Join our team as a Pharmacy Tech. In the Pharmacy Tech role, you will assist the pharmacist in promoting an organized and functional pharmacy service. Prepares medications for dispensing and maintains records.

Schedule:  Monday - Friday 1:30pm - 10:00pm, rotating holidays


Job Requirements

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified Pharmacy Techs will bring the following experience:

  • 1 year hospital or retail pharmacy experience preferred (completion of an Accredited Technician training course may substitute for experience)
  • Working knowledge of computer systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Active Pharmacy Technician License (Kansas), Certification (Colorado or Utah), Provisional Certification (Colorado), or Provisional License (Utah) Required. Provisional Certifications must obtain State Certification within 12 months
  • National PTCB required within 6 months of hire

Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly

Following a major expansion, Holy Cross Hospital � Jordan Valley's capacity tripled, now housing 171 beds to serve our growing community. Our entire hospital team is dedicated to providing expert care in a warm, family-friendly environment. We are a Level III Trauma center, STEMI Cardiac receiving center, and certified stroke treatment center. Our employees are continually prepared, accountable, inspired and ensure compliance with the highest levels of quality care and patient safety standards. Recently given the Women's Choice Award for America's 100 Best Hospitals Emergency Care, we are the only designated trauma center west of I-15 in the Salt Lake Valley.
