The posted compensation range of $17.00 - $23.82 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

This CNA Telemetry Tech role provides direct and indirect nursing care under the direction of a RN and in accordance with policies and procedures. While in this position you will continually monitors patients on telemetry by interpreting and recording ECG rhythms and reporting pertinent changes to appropriate personnel. As an CNA on our team, you will be responsible for accuracy of reports and error reconciliation, troubleshooting equipment problems and communicating needs to leader.
Job Requirements
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified CNA/Telemetry Tech candidates will need the following:
- State registered CNA license required
- Six months previous CNA experience, preferred
- Previous telemetry experience, preferred
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Basic computer skills
- HS/GED required
- Graduate of a Certified Nursing Assistant Program, preferred
- Successful completion of ECG exam annually upon hire
Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)

At Holy Cross Hospital – Jordan Valley, our Telemetry department has 16 beds with a 4:1 ratio during the days and 5:1 ratio during the nights. Here, our nurses gain experience in a hospital setting by monitoring patients with acute diagnoses of sepsis, strokes, and heart attacks.Patients in this department are not sick enough for ICU, but not well enough for MedSurg. This department is an excellent place for learning and growth, especially for nurses who are interested in ICU or ER. Our team consists of passionate and driven caregivers who are always willing to go above and beyond for patients and coworkers. An ideal candidate for our team will be compassionate, teachable, and dedicated to patient care.
