Working directly with physicians, we are able to manage a variety of diseases and conditions in a homecare setting. Our goal is to help each patient be an active participant in their care. Monday - Friday - Monday - Friday (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM)

The Delivery Technician II coordinates the delivery of medication and supplies to patients via carrier and courier deliveries. They also provide direct delivery services, pick supply inventory, restock picking stations, and serve as a resource to Delivery Technician I.
- Coordinates common carrier (Fed Ex, UPS, USPS, etc.) and courier service deliveries.
- Picks supply inventory for patient deliveries to support pharmacy.
- Stocks the picking stations with supplies.
- Orders logistics supplies such as boxes, labels, ice packs, and other necessary items.
- Serves as a resource and role model to Delivery Technician I.
- Performs duties of the Delivery Technician I when directed by branch leadership.
- Participates in on-call rotation including the provision of emergency after hours service to provide 24 hour, seven days a week service to patients.
- Attends and participates in all company trainings and branch meetings.
- Participates in Performance Improvement (PI) Program Coordination, including developing and implementing the PI plan, identifying goals and patient outcomes, reporting activities and outcomes, and contributing to corrective plans.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Has a valid Driver’s Licence and meets company standards on driving record.
- Must be able to stand for 70% of the work shift duration.
- Able to lift up to 40lbs.
Accuracy and detail oriented.
Ability to be on feet during work shift while performing heavy work loads.
Proven ability to read and write English to follow written and oral instructions.
Ability to work on call as needed.
Ability to effectively provide high quality customer service.
Must have good customer service competencies of emotional self-awareness, self-confidence, self-control, trustworthiness, conscientiousness, adaptability, innovativeness, self-motivation, drive to achieve, initiative, persistence in pursuing goals despite obstacles and setbacks.
