The posted compensation range of $25.08 - $36.37/hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist Assistant to join the Baptist Home Health team. The OTA will work collaboratively with the OT and other interdisciplinary team members to plan, implement and evaluate occupational therapy services for patients in their homes.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Associates of applied science (AAS) degree in occupational therapy assistant studies or a related field.
- Active registered OTA license in the state which you practice
- Must obtain and maintain current CPR/BLS Certification
- One-year Occupational Therapy Assistant experience in a clinical setting.
- Current Drivers License
- Comply with federal, state and local laws and regulations
