In this rewarding role, you will:
- Be the Patient's First Comfort:Welcome new patients, record vital signs (TPR, BP, O2 SAT), and ensure they feel oriented and safe, all within 20 minutes of arrival.
- Monitor & Report with Precision:Accurately track vital signs, weights, and patient conditions, promptly escalating any concerns to the Charge Nurse.
- Essential Documentation:Meticulously record intake/output and complete daily charting, ensuring seamless communication across shifts.
- Ensure Safety & Hygiene:Assist with patient identification, collect specimens with care, maintain clean and stocked patient rooms, and uphold fall prevention protocols.
- Support Daily Living:Help patients with meals (including feeding when necessary), provide personal care (bathing, oral care, back rubs), and assist with toileting needs.
- Respond & Assist:Promptly answer call lights and be a proactive team player, ready to support colleagues and other departments (ER, Lab, X-ray) when needed.
- Mentor & Grow:Share your expertise by helping guide new Nurse Assistants.

Job Requirements
Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
Licensure: ND State Nursing Assistant Registry.
Experience: Previous health care experience preferred but not required.
