The posted compensation range of $27.77 - $40.27 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Responsibilities

Provides insightful and energetic leadeship and management of BSLMG' s multi-specialty clinic practices. Responsible for planning,
organizing, and directing clinic operations. Acts as a principal advisor to the Director of clinic management in regards to the
business operations of each clinical practice.
1. Manages BSLMG multi-specialty clinic operations.
2. Assists Director of clinic management in developing and implementing clinic strategic long-and short-range plans and its
business plan.
3. Works closely with Director of clinic management in forecasting and preparing annual budget and financial statements.
4. Ensures compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations, BSLMG policies, maintains compliance with governmental
regulations and industry requirements.
5. Assist Director of clinic management with staff recruitment, development, and performance evaluation.
6. Researches the computerization of physician offices and how they relate to BSLMG (e.g. electronic medical records, professional
billing services, digital sharing of radiographic displays and medical images).
7. Enhances operational effectiveness, emphasizing cost containment and high quality patient care.
8. Resolves operational problems and keeps lines of communication open with staff to ensure high productivity.
9. Maintains professional affiliations and enhances professional development to keep current in the latest health care trends and
developments.
10. Maintains strict confidentiality.
11. Reviews current status of patient accounts to identify and resolve billing/collection and processing problems in a timely manner.
12. Responsible for concurrent chart reviews of physicians and advanced practioners to ensure compliance of documentation
compared to the level of coding selected.
13. Responsible for developing and implementing appropriate measures to minimize the risk of injuries to patients, visitors, and
staff, and to minimize loss or damage to property.
14. Responsible for purchasing of all supplies, equipment, and materials including the review/processing of purchase orders.
15. Supervises all BSLMG multi-specialty office and clinical staff.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required.
2-3 years of progressively responsible experience in a clinic setting or equivalent supervisory experience in any industry.
Preferred Education and Experience
Associate or Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a degree in healthcare, business, or related discipline considered a plus.
Experience in a healthcare setting, including clinical training or oversight of billing or revenue cycle process.
