The posted compensation range of $33.60 - $48.73 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on enhancing clinical practice, supporting educational programs and facilitate ongoing learning to staff and key leaders.
Expectations of our RN Educator:
- Demonstrates expertise in the teaching/learning process and assists management and clinical staff to develop and provide educational programs
- Utilizes Prophecy Assessments to identify learning needs and assists
- Collaboratively develop and perform needs assessments to determine developmental and educational needs
- Assesses critical thinking, interpersonal relations, and technical skills of staff to assist in categorization of orientation and staff development
- Communicates with staff to facilitate development of their clinical, management, and/ or research skills
- Promotes career advancement including clinical ladder and differentiated practice through mentorship
- Consults with management and clinical staff to coordinate an effective preceptor and mentor program
- Consults with management to develop, revise, and implement cost‐effective patient outcomes driven educational programs, tools, and materials for all nursing staff

Qualifications
Qulifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Registered Nurse and BLS required
- Three (3) years of clinical education experience
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledgeable of instructional design and principles of adult learning
