Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Perform a wide variety of diagnostic ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, vascular, OB/GYN, small parts, and musculoskeletal imaging, according to established protocols.
- Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring their comfort and understanding.
- Obtain high-quality diagnostic images and accurately document findings in our PACS system.
- Collaborate effectively with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
- Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
- ARDMS certification in relevant specialties (e.g., Abdomen, OB/GYN, Vascular).
- Current BLS certification.
- Demonstrated proficiency in performing a wide range of ultrasound examinations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing accurate and reliable diagnostic information.
