The posted compensation range of $17.33 - $26.17 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Responsibilities

- Observes assigned patients by monitoring non-recorded streaming video equipment linked to a live feed from a camera situated in the patient’s room or other hospital-specific video observation platforms.
- Identifies changes in the patient’s behavior and/or condition in accordance with established guidelines.
- Initiates timely communication (through communications system or telephone) with on-site clinical staff to report situations needing immediate and direct intervention to maintain patient safety and comfort.
- Documents observations and subsequent actions taken to maintain timely and accurate record.
Qualifications
- Any combination of related education and experience that would demonstrate attainment of the requisite job knowledge/abilities to perform the duties of the position.
- Strong customer service skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn are required
- Current Nursing Assistant Registration or Certification is preferred.
