Cath Lab Manager - Lead the Future of Cardiovascular Care

In this critical role, you'll be responsible for:

• Inspiring Leadership: Mentoring and developing a team of skilled clinical professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Strategic Vision: Contributing to the growth and development of our cardiovascular services, identifying opportunities for innovation and expansion.
• Financial Stewardship: Managing resources effectively, optimizing utilization, and contributing to the achievement of financial goals.

Education/Work Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or a related discipline, OR 1) graduation from an accredited school of nursing; OR  2)Successful completion of a two-year Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist or Radiological Technologist program; 

AND 

five years of progressively responsible related work experience that would demonstrate attainment of the requisite job knowledge/abilities, including two years in a supervisory or management capacity.   

Equivalent additional qualifying work experience may be substituted for up to two years of the Bachelor’s degree requirement.

Master’s degree in a related discipline is preferred.

Licensure/Certification

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Washington State Department of Licensing; OR
• Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) and Washington State Certification as a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist., OR
• American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) and Washington state Certification as a Radiologic Technologist. 
• Current Health Care Provider BLS certification.
• Current ACLS Certification.
