Department Support Assist Outreach
The posted compensation range of $19.73 - $27.13 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for customer service calls related to lab outreach. They will be responsible for maintaining Outreach laboratory supplies, distribution to laboratory clients, and coordinating various office tasks.
- Answers all calls coming into the laboratory and directs the caller to the correct person or department if they are unable to service the caller.
- Maintains laboratory supplies for Outreach Lab Customers. Orders as needed and pulls supplies for Client requests.
- Maintains employee binders.
- Runs and resolves various reports for multiple areas of the Laboratory.
- Acts as the mail room distributor for the lab.
- Makes flyers, training sheets, and additional communication materials as needed.
- Keeps up with the employee phone list and departmental phone list.
- Edits and corrects billing information to ensure accurate billing process
- Communicate test results, fax reporting, process verbal orders and contact customer’s related billing or testing question.
- Follow up with patients or customers for any samples/tests in questions
Qualifications
Required Education: High School diploma, GED or equivalent
Required Licensure and Certifications: None
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training: Excellent customer service and time management skills
