St. Joseph Medical Center, part of Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, is seeking a CT Technologist to join our exceptional Imaging team. In this vital role, you’ll deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging using state-of-the-art CT technology—including GE CT scanners—to support accurate diagnoses and compassionate patient care for the Tacoma community.
In This Role, You Will:
- Perform a variety of CT examinations with a focus on patient comfort, safety, and accuracy
- Operate and maintain advanced CT equipment
- Document patient information and exam details with precision
- Work collaboratively with radiologists, providers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Deliver empathetic, patient-centered care
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and ongoing professional development

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited school of Radiological Technology (cross-sectional anatomy coursework preferred).
- One year of experience as a CT Technologist is preferred.
- American Registry of Radiology Technologist (ARRT) certification required.
- Current healthcare provider BLS Certification required.
- Washington State Radiologic Technologist registration required.
- CT registration is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
