The posted compensation range of $34.50 - $47.12 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree including theological classes required
- Experience, preferably in a hospital setting, working as part of a team
- Ordained Catholic priest in good standing
- Some understanding of other denominations and faiths required
- Experience, preferably in a hospital setting, working as part of a team
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of spiritual care practices as well as general office practices, including records management
- Familiarity with current medical ethical issues and the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Facilities
- Master’s degree preferred
