The posted compensation range of $29.65 - $33.20 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), you will be a cornerstone of patient care, directly contributing to comfort, safety, and recovery by providing essential support under RN direction.
Every day, you will deliver compassionate basic care, assist with patient transport, and actively contribute to the patient's plan of care as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, upholding the highest standards of conduct and patient well-being.

- Demonstrates the ability to safely and competently perform tasks and procedures according to Medical Center policy and procedure. Including, but not limited to:
- Performs patient care tasks as directed by Radiologist, Supervisor, or Manager.
- Demonstrates the skills and knowledge to support the accurate data collection and documentation of pertinent information in a timely manner: Consent forms, doctor's orders, laboratory tests, patient's current drug formulary.
- Participates as a team member, communicating respect for patient, family, clients and other members of the Care Team.
- Contributes to the management of the department by assuming responsibility of specific support functions i.e., preparing exam room, assisting with patient exam, record keeping/clerical functions for PVL.
- Ensures that inpatient and outpatient exams are scheduled in a manner that enables the department to run smoothly and efficiently.
Job Requirements
Required
- Experience with transferring patients from rooms to different areas within the department.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support
Preferred
- High School Graduate or GED
