Responsibilities
Virginia Mason Franciscan Health (VMFH) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Inpatient RN to join our team in Seattle, WA. We are committed to providing exceptional patient care and fostering a culture of excellence.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver exceptional patient care: Utilize your clinical expertise to assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and administer medications and treatments.
- Collaborate effectively: Work seamlessly with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Advocate for your patients: Champion their needs and rights, ensuring their autonomy, dignity, and decision-making power are respected.
- Embrace diversity: Provide culturally sensitive care, recognizing and respecting the unique needs of each patient.
- Maintain professional excellence: Stay current with the latest clinical advancements through continuing education and professional development.

Qualifications
We require:
- Current WA State RN license is required before start date.
- One (1+) years recent RN experience with acute care patients.
- CPR certification is required every two years or as specified by the work.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
- Specialty Certification CGRN preferred.
- ACLS will be required within 60 days of hire.
