The posted compensation range of $39.10 - $58.16 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Job Summary and Responsibilities
Leads, within the scope of the position, the strategic planning and execution of the annual giving program to acquire new donors, retain current donors, and increase philanthropic support, through multiple sources. Assures the plans include program objectives, timelines, evaluation criteria and related metrics as appropriate; sets goals; including forecasting and achievement of revenue objectives for all assigned fundraising activities.
Manages daily operations of the annual giving program team to ensure that all activities are conducted in a timely and cost-effective manner and in compliance with organizational values, professional standards, internal policies/standards/procedures and/or applicable legal/regulatory requirements; develops and maintains relationships with key constituencies in support of fundraising activities; achieves annual revenue goals for the annual giving program, including success of individual team growth and performance.
Works collaboratively to design and conduct mass solicitation programs via direct mail and online giving; takes appropriate actions to ensure gifs are renewed (e.g. current donors, grateful patients, physicians, VMFH staff and friends, etc.) keep abreast of trends, technology and strategies, and tactics.
Manage a portfolio of donors, providing personalized stewardship and engage opportunities with the goal of deepening relationships and increase philanthropic support over time.
Oversees the maintenance of timely and appropriate recordkeeping and reporting systems in line with VMFH standards and guidelines; ensure proper documentations, tracking and forecasting for all annual giving activities/outcomes and key performance indicators.
Manages assigned staff, including performance and achievements; included in employment decisions, performance standards and evaluates employee performance.; ensures staff is properly trained, keeps staff apprised of all matters relevant to successful job performance.

- Bachelors Other or combination of education and/or additional job-related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree. Minimum of 3 years of progressive fundraising experience.
