The posted compensation range of $83.49 - $116.18 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Clinical Ambulatory Services Pharmacist, you will be a central figure ensuring safe and effective medication management for outpatients, directly collaborating with providers to optimize pharmaceutical care and enhance patient recovery. You will critically impact patient well-being within our ambulatory setting.
Every day, you will meticulously review prescriptions for potential drug interactions, correct dosing, and patient allergies, applying expert judgment to identify and resolve concerns before dispensing. You will proactively engage providers and educate patients, building trust and delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care.

You will combine clinical acumen with a commitment to optimal outcomes and an outstanding ambulatory patient experience.
Required
- Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy
- Active and Unrestricted Pharmacist License in good standing with the State of Washington
Preferred:
- Pharm.D. with:
- Completion of three (3) years of practice experience with at least 50% of time spent in ambulatory care activities, or
- Completion of a PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy residency, or
- Completion of a PGY1 residency plus one (1) year of practice experience with at least 50% of time spent in ambulatory care activities
Current knowledge of evidence based clinical pharmacy practice and pharmacotherapies
Knowledge of Health Plans such as Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans
Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to all age groups of patients served and infection control, safety and risk management standards as relates to the ambulatory pharmacy setting
