Administrative Assistant

As our Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral contributor to our operational success, providing comprehensive support to leadership and ensuring an environment of efficiency and high-quality service.

Every day, you will facilitate the streamlined operation of the office, managing diverse administrative functions and cultivating effective internal and external communication networks.

Required

• High school Diploma or GED
• Three (3) years of experience related to work experience
• Demonstrated initiative and independent judgment in non-routine matters
• Demonstrated advanced level of proficiency with Google Workspace
• Excellent verbal, written (grammar) and time management skills
• Will need to have the ability to delegate task and work independently while being self-motivating
• Experience resolving conflict 

Preferred

• Specific experience in department and medical terminology 
• Advanced secretarial courses
