Surgery Scheduler
The posted compensation range of $24.00 - $31.63 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Responsibilities
Welcomes and assists patients, family members and other visitors with information regarding department services. Serves as a liaison between hospital departments, personnel, physician offices and assists with problem resolution and coordinates and organizes the surgery scheduling process.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in a medical office enviornment with knowledge of medical surgical terminology.
- High School Diploma
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to use a computer. Strong organizational skills. Ability to participate as a member of a team; and reliability and punctuality. Excellent customer service and public relations skills
