Receptionist Scheduler
The posted compensation range of $24.00 - $30.31 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Job Summary and Responsibilities
In keeping with Marian Regional Medical Center health care philosophy, under direction of the Cancer Center Director, the Receptionist/ Scheduler registers patient accounts, prepares scans records, and submits charges. Follows-up on rejected, returned claims due to errors and denials due to charging. Demonstrates computer and data entry proficiency. Performs daily charge reconciliation process. Researches and resolves late charges. Problem-solves technical billing issues. Performs logical analysis of charges. Willingly performs other duties as assigned by Supervisior/Manager.
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- At least three years experience as a receptionist working in a medical clinic setting or closely related field
- Ability to speak and read English
