Responsibilities
In keeping with the Dignity Health core values, the Physical Therapist II is responsible for providing physical therapy assessments and treatments to patients. Provides training and/or supervision to staff, physical therapy assistants, and therapy aides.
Coverage includes but is not limited Arroyo Grande, Pismo Beach, Grover Beach, Oceano, and Nipomo. Depending on volume of patients and availability of staffing, coverage may include floating outside of this area as well.
Qualifications
Experience Required:
- Hospital Based:Minimum of 3 years clinical experience.
- Evidence of ability to function with a high degree of independence and competence.
- Manages audits, feedback on evals, and precepts.
- Home care based:3 - 9 years of experience.
Education Required
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Licensure Required
- Current California license in Physical Therapy
- Current CPR
- Must have current CA Driver license
- Clean Driving record with proof of liability insurance for automobile
