The posted compensation range of $23.00 - $28.75 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Responsibilities
About This Position
In keeping with Marian Medical Center health care philosophy the Office Coordinator Pain Management supports and promotes the provision of quality patient care. Actively participates as a team member in the systems functions and activities of the unit/department. Performs general clerical duties. Serves as communication center for Pain Management Department. Performs scheduling and billing functions. Performs basic clinical duties under direct supervision of physician.
Selection Criteria
Six (6) months recent office and clinical experience in a patient-care setting. Business and medical assistant education desirable. Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written English clearly concisely and accurately. Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Demonstrates knowledge of the principles standard practices procedures and equipment utilized in office management. Knowledge of medical terminology and basic procedures. Self-motivated and able to achieve results through good organizational skills. Reacts calmly and efficiently in emergencies and unpredictable situations. CPR certification
Qualifications
