The posted compensation range of $62.51 - $90.64 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

**We are offering to qualified and experienced candidates a sign-on bonus not to exceed 10% of salary for this position.**
Responsibilities
CommonSpirit Health. The individual in this position will proactively collaborate with other leaders across the organization, including other Employee Health leaders, Region CHRO, HR Market VP, Infection Prevention, Workers’ Compensation, Physicians, Medical Review Officers, CMO, etc. to ensure continuity in knowledge and understanding of CDC and OSHA guidelines, along with other pertinent regulatory and/or legal requirements or recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of three (3) years in an Occupational/Employee Health or applicable healthcare setting, OR
minimum of five (5) years Employee Health or leadership experience in the discipline.
Required Special Skills:
Multi-facility leadership oversight with exceptional planning and organizational skills, sound judgment and ability to balance
numerous diverse assignments simultaneously.Demonstrated Employee Health experience with a working knowledge of CDC guidelines, OSHA guidelines, regulatory
requirements and federal/state/local laws for Employee Health.Proactive problem solving, procedure and process improvement, strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills,
procedure and process improvement.Exceptional computer skills and competencies in day to day use to include but not limited to Google Workspace, Microsoft Office,
Zoom, etc.Public speaking and professional presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) preferred.
