Responsibilities

Position Summary: 

We have a very exciting opportunity to share with you! Our dynamic, multi-disciplinary Transitional Care Center located in Santa Maria, is hiring for a Manager of Administrative Services. This is an on-site operational management position, and your daily presence working with our transitional care team is essential to our expected outcomes. The Care Center was created 5 years ago, and the team has been working hard to develop a solid foundation upon which we can successfully grow to better serve our communities. We are now looking for an experienced leader with a background in operations and leveraging technology, a problem solver with an engaging manner, who can join our team as the Manager to help drive the next stages of development.

Our team at the Care Center consists of Sr. Leadership, Management, NPs, RNs, Community Health Workers, and Social Workers. We service the communities in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties, with 130,000 capitated lives assigned to us, and are contracted to enroll and care for patients in Enhanced Case Management. Our primary objectives are to guide and advise patients, creating pathways for the correct care outside of our 3 Hospitals in DIgnity Health's Central Coast Market, and to help those patients who are admitted to our hospitals, rehab or skilled nursing facilities, to move through the details of post-discharge care.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and/or additional job related experience in lieu of the degree required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in a related field required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience required.
