Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Manager, Physician Contracts, you will manage all aspects of physician agreements, ensuring strict compliance with applicable regulations and organizational policies. The position supervises the contracting team and is responsible for organizing contract information and ensuring that timely information is provided to all PHC staff and all partnering stakeholders involved in implementing contract changes.

Every day you will oversee contract details, seek guidance when needed, and promptly report any potential violations of organizational standards or legal requirements. You will also assist in risk evaluation and collaborate on corrective action plans as part of the Compliance program.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in contract management, a deep understanding of compliance, and a proactive approach to risk mitigation. 


Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related field required
  • Bachelor's in a related field required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Three years experience in contracting, managing service agreements, or providing paralegal services preferred
