Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Receptionist, you'll be the warm and welcoming face of our organization, ensuring every patient's journey begins and proceeds with comfort and efficiency.
Your daily impact will involve expertly managing patient reception, coordinating essential administrative tasks, and leveraging technology to ensure seamless operations. You'll skillfully guide diverse patient populations, providing thoughtful assistance and ensuring they feel at ease and fully understand their care instructions.

- Responds to emergencies and contacts appropriate assistance.
- Remains familiar with and actively assists in emergency procedures.
- Delivers phone messages or transfers calls to voice mail as appropriate.
- Relates to visitors and callers, forwarding as appropriate.
- Receives cash from residents or employees, makes change, monitors petty cash and issues receipts.
- Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, collating, typing and proofreading.
Job Requirements
Required
- High School Graduate or GED
- 2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
