The posted compensation range of $25.25 - $36.61 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Dignity Health’s Pacific Central Coast Health Centers (PHC) is a non-profit Community clinic organization comprised of more than 40 health centers located primarily from Ventura to Templeton spanning the coast. Our experienced physicians and advanced practice providers offer a wide range of primary and specialty care services. PHC is a part of Dignity Health Central Coast’s award-winning network of outstanding hospitals imaging centers laboratories and post-acute services.
Responsibilities
- Minimum two (2) years perinatal case experience management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of perinatal services and Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program (CPSP) guidelines
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Works effectively with a variety of diverse populations.
- Can work with a team to plan develop and implement programs and services to promote community health education and health promotion thus improving the health of the individual patient and the community.
- Flexible; handles several projects concurrently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Tactful sensitive and possesses knowledge of cultural differences when working with clients.
- General office experience and basic computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Social Services nursing or other related health field
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
