The posted compensation range of $34.50 - $43.62 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Responsibilities
- Maintains a comprehensive inspection test and maintenance program for all security physical and electronic measures. Follows up on pending security issues.
- Implements requirements of the Security Management Plan. Manages and coordinates responses to critical incidents. Monitors and documents actual and potential security breaches.
- Monitors existing security systems and technologies for possible security leaks or fraud.
- Conducts ongoing security orientation and training of assigned staff and may serve as Field Training Officer.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience as a security officer involving extensive public contact.
Licensure:
- Ability to obtain a valid State Guard Card.
