Job Summary and Responsibilities

Treasury department manages a $2 Billion card portfolio through Point of Service (POS) applications, devices, and merchant card services. The Treasury Payment Card Team plays a critical role in ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient payment acceptance across the enterprise.
The Payment Card Analyst will work closely with the Treasury Payment Card Team, particularly supporting the two Senior Analysts, and will be responsible for:
- Processing new merchant account requests and provisioning POS devices.
- Maintaining device inventory, shipment coordination, and tracking across markets.
- Performing user access provisioning, quarterly audits, and compliance checks.
- Supporting system-wide PCI and internal control initiatives.
- Assisting in training, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
- Preparing materials and reports for compliance reviews, leadership updates, and business meetings.
- Providing project support during launches, transitions, and handoffs.
Day-to-Day Operational Support
The Analyst will primarily assist with administrative and operational tasks that ensure smooth daily operations for the Payment Card Team, including:
- Entering and tracking merchant account requests and device orders.
- Coordinating device shipments, logging inventory updates, and maintaining records.
- Supporting user access provisioning, password resets, and compliance checklists.
- Preparing meeting notes, project trackers, and standardized templates for team use.
- Assisting with the organization of training materials, documentation, and audit files.
- Drafting and formatting reports, presentations, and other materials for leadership review.
- Providing general administrative support during project transitions, go-live activities and supporting ongoing day to day responsibilities.
