Staffing Coordinator
The posted compensation range of $26.60 - $33.33 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Responsibilities
The Staffing Coordinator is a non-licensed person who is responsible for the daily functioning of the Staffing Office, coordinating staffing adjustments according to acuity and performance of related clerical duties, under the guidance of the Nurse Manager. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Community Hospital of San Bernardino. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values. The employee shall support Community Hospital of San Bernardino strategic plan and the goals and direction of the quality improvement, process, and activities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum of one (1) year experience as clerical or nursing assistant in an acute care facility.
- Experience as a Staffing Coordinator and previous clerical and nursing background is preferred.
