Responsibilities
As a Pharmacy Technician at St. Bernardine Medical Center, you will play a vital role in supporting the safe and accurate preparation and distribution of medications, including IV admixtures and chemotherapy. Under the guidance of a licensed pharmacist, you will assist in maintaining precise patient records and medication charges, contributing directly to positive patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing, labeling, and dispensing medications under pharmacist supervision
- Support IV admixture and chemotherapy preparation following all safety protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation of medication orders, administration records, and billing
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
- Contribute to a collaborative and efficient pharmacy environment focused on patient safety and quality care

Qualifications
- Hospital pharmacy experience preferred, including unit-dose, IV additives and computer entry.
- Graduate of pharmacy technician school.
