Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Manager, Rehabilitation Services, you will oversee operations and clinical aspects of our rehabilitation programs. Your leadership ensures high-quality, patient-centered, and effective services, optimizing recovery and independence.
Every day you will manage and mentor rehabilitation staff, ensuring adherence to best practices, regulations, and patient safety. You'll coordinate care, optimize schedules and workflows, manage budgets, and collaborate with physicians. You will also monitor outcomes, identify improvements, and implement enhancement strategies.
To be successful, you will demonstrate strong leadership and team management, with in-depth knowledge of rehabilitation therapies and regulations. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and a commitment to patient-centered care and program excellence are essential.
Job RequirementsEducation and Experience:
- Graduation from a school of Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy approved by that dicipline's regulatory body.
- Minimum of three (3) years of varied clinical expereince. Prefer one (1) yeasr of supervisory experience in a rehab setting.
Licensure:
- Current and active Physical Therapy, Occupational or Speech Therapy license in the applicable state where employed.
