Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

Cleans assembles and sterilizes reusable supplies instruments trays and packs. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of the Organization. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values. The employee shall support the Organization's strategic plan and the goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).


Qualifications

Required:

  • Knowledge of principles of sterile technique and operation of sterilizers
  • Experienced typist

Preferred:

  • At least one year experience in hospital setting
  • Central Supply course preferred.
  • Highschool diploma or G.E.D.
