The posted compensation range of $24.15 - $34.12 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Administrative Professional, you will be an integral contributor to our operational success, providing comprehensive support to leadership and ensuring an environment of efficiency and high-quality service.
Every day, you will facilitate the streamlined operation of the office, managing diverse administrative functions and cultivating effective internal and external communication networks.

- Greet a variety of visitors; provide registration check-in process for all patients; Collects appropriate information from each patient, takes clinic photograph;
- Maintain the aesthetics of the clinic, regulatory compliance of the clinic by completing daily rounding to include consult room and exam room preparation; reporting of any missing and/or damaged clinical or office devices to engineering and/or Biomed as appropriate.
- With assistance of one other staff or clinician, complete monthly environment of care and equipment checklists; and coordinate annual Biomed equipment maintenance.
- Provide support for 3810 J Street Building escalation procedure including access to Dignity Health occupancy notification lists in case of emergencies, etc.
- Monitoring locked department entry and open in accordance with the published clinic operational hours. Monitors lobby during clinic hours for patient safety; alerts clinic personnel and initiates 911 call if necessary. During clinic's patient scheduled visits, this position monitors call light system while clinician are in the licensed clinic as well.
- Maintain cold and flu kiosk in lobby especially during flu season; and adhere to personal flu vaccination and/or mask policy during high flu alerts.

- High School Graduate General Studies, upon hire or
- High School GED General Studies, upon hire and
- 5 years of healthcare clinic administrative support experience., upon hire or
- Organized work experience in high-paced clinical environment dealing with a variety of internal, external patients and customers., upon hire
