Centennial Surgery is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to be the crucial first point of contact for our patients. You'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and comforting experience from the moment they call or walk through our doors. This isn't just about answering phones; it's about being the welcoming voice and efficient organizer behind our exceptional patient care.
What You'll Do Every Day to Make a Difference:
- Warm Welcomes & Efficient Intake: You'll be the friendly face performing patient check-in, guiding them effortlessly through required paperwork and setting a positive tone for their visit.
- Communication Hub: Answer phones with a professional and compassionate demeanor, expertly directing calls and inquiries to the appropriate staff, ensuring no patient question goes unanswered.
- Scheduling Maestro: Skillfully schedule patient appointments, managing our calendar to optimize patient access and provider efficiency.
Shift: 8am - 5pm
Schedule: Monday - Friday

Job Requirements

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Healthcare experience preferred – familiarity with medical office operations is a plus, but we're happy to train motivated individuals!
