Responsibilities
As the Process Improvement Project Manager you will be responsible for collaboratine with clinical service lines in carrying out performance improvement projects/initiatives to address/strengthen patient safety, utilization of clinical resources and achievement of desired clinical outcomes. Incumbent serces as a project manager for a variety of management-level work teams, providing support, expertise and guidance.
Essential Duties:
- Leads, coordinates and facilitates performance improvement team projects and initiatives.
- Identifies performance improvement opportunities as the relate to outcomes, values and/or business objectives. Analyzes and assesses clinical practices for opportunities to improve healthcare delivery.
- Applies accepted standards, tools and mothodologies to uphold data-based performance imrpovement activities/initiatives.
- Contributes to the overal clinical effectiveness function by serving as a representative at team meetings, committees and performing clinical data audits analysis and audit functions.
Shift: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm
Qualifications
License/Certification:
- Current RN license in the State of Oregon
Experience:
- 5 years related work experience
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or other healthcare-related discipline
