Job Summary and Responsibilities
Are you a highly skilled and compassionate RN, ready to thrive in the dynamic, fast-paced environment of an Emergency Department? We're actively seeking dedicated Emergency Department Nurses to join our collaborative team in Oregon, where you'll be at the forefront of providing immediate, life-saving care to patients when they need it most.
In this pivotal role, you'll leverage your expertise to swiftly assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for diverse patient populations, from initial triage to discharge. You'll work hand-in-hand with an interdisciplinary team, apply critical thinking to complex situations, and ensure patient safety and comfort are always paramount. Shift: 1:45pm - 2:15am
Core Schedule: Week 1 Sun, Mon, Wed; Week 2 Mon, Fri, Sat
This position requires on call with a 45 minute response time.

Job Requirements
What You Bring:
- Current, active RN license issued by the State of Oregon
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience, with at least 2400 hours of acute care nursing experience within the last two (2) years.
- Essential Certifications (or willingness to obtain within specified timeframe):
- AHA BLS for healthcare providers
- ACLS within 3 months of hire
- PALS within 6 months of hire
- TNCC within 1 year of hire
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Preferred: Completed competencies in the Emergency Department and current certification in TNCC, PALS, and ACLS.
