Responsibilities
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for performing a variety of radiographic fluoroscopic and specialized procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision under the general direction of a radiologist and radiology administration. In accordance with the mission and philosophy of Dignity Health the Lead Radiologic Technologist is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for the assessment planning implementation and evaluation of care for patients and their families.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- Minimum 0.8 FTE Radiologic Technologist III or greater and must have a minimum of 4 years relevant experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
- Must have licensure/certification in the Modality of the Section they are assigned to.
- Must have satisfactorily completed formal radiologic technology training in an AMA approved school.
- CRT and Fluoroscopy permit in accordance with California state regulation. ARRT, BLS and CRT
- Mammography for all mammography technologists.
