The posted compensation range of $80.46 - $119.68 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Provides a quality level of comprehensive clinical pharmaceutical services demonstrating sound judgment based upon knowledge and application of professional, departmental, and organizational principles and standards. Demonstrates an ability to coordinate subordinate activities by providing direction and guidance concerning the operational activities of the department.
Job RequirementsMinimum:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy of Doctor of Pharmacy degree
- Pharmacist: CA (PHARM:CA)
- Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Current knowlege of evidence based clinical pharmacy practice and pharmacotherapies
- Knowledge of Health plans such as Medicare, Medical Blue Shield, Blue Cross, HNET, AETNA, WHA, etc.
- Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to all age groups of patients served
- Ability to become fully credentialed with the Dignity Health Medical Foundation and be able to obtain a California Advanced (Aph) license within the established time frame
Preferred:
- Clinical knowledge of specialty pharmacy; innovative pharmacy practice; pharmacoeconomics; regulations applicable to Pharmacy, including DEA, Board of Pharmacy, The Joint Commission, etc
- Current Vaccination certification
