The posted compensation range of $29.41 - $33.04 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Responsibilities
Position Summary:
The incumbent assists other members of the healthcare team with providing basic patient care under the direction of an RN.
Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous acute care experience as a nursing assistant in a hospital and/or skilled nursing facility or completion of CNA LVN or 1st year RN courses (If operationally able hospital will consider training a non-experience incumbent)
- Current BLS certification (Must be specifically through an American Heart Association provider)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the healthcare environment.
- California Nursing Assistant certification.
