The posted compensation range of $28.03 - $31.37 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Responsibilities
Position Summary:
The incumbent administers various uncomplicated modalities and procedures to assigned patients under supervision of a licensed physical therapist. The incumbent transports patient to and from the Physical Therapy Department and assists the professional staff in preparation for treatment of patients. In addition the incumbent performs assigned household and office duties.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1 year multidisciplinary rehabilitation aide experience
- Familiarity with post operative knee and hip protocols
- BLS CPR certification (Must be through the American Heart Association)
- High school education or equivalent
- Basic understanding of medical terminology
- Trained in patient transfer techniques
- Some familiarity with the acute care environment
- Experience with billing and auditing procedures
- Experience with electronic health records
- Some familiarity with Google Docs/Sheets/Products
