Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Project Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and organizational support to project managers, ensuring smooth execution and tracking. Your role is vital for maintaining timelines, managing resources, and facilitating effective project communication.

Every day you will assist with scheduling, prepare documentation, track deliverables, and monitor progress. You'll also coordinate resources, manage team communications, and help resolve minor issues to keep projects on track.

To be successful, you need strong organizational/administrative skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication.

  • Plans, coordinates and effectively leads and assists management in assigned programs/projects.
  • Answers phones and assists with written communications as assigned.
  • Complies and completes all required program reports and documentation as assigned.
  • Carries out all aspects of program/project operations.
  • Interacts with public, program participants and other agencies as required.
  • Assists in scheduling, planning and implementation of operations, events and trainings.
Job Requirements

Required

  • High School Diploma/GED 
  • Three years in a Social Services or Administrative Support Position

Preferred

  • Some college
